I should note he was in a black SUV with livery plates. He also didn't look anything like me, spmack or shakes. |

Seriously spitting is one of the worse things you can do to someone. That's one of those things that would instantly make me see red. |

That reminds me of a story. This one time driving through Rosemont, a guy in a Mercedes was tailing me like an asshole so I flipped him off. He proceeded to blow a red light so he could pull up along side of me. He tried to throw his 64oz drink at me through his window, but it missed and flipped back, spilling into his car. Then he flipped out, cut me off, ran out of his car and jacked me in the face through my car window. Lesson learned, always make sure your drink lid is tight when you throw your drink. |

So if someone spits in your face and you deck them, your punch isn't necessarily inherently criminal...I think. |
