Yeah he would. Apparently Frank's life consists of standing on the ledge and never backing off. The Cubs win a game, he's on the ledge. Sox lose a game...well you get the idea.

I'm really surprised by the amount of "drowning" responses, considering the multitude of helpless circumstances that must exist in order for someone to actually drown.
