HawaiiYou was looking for legal advice. His "lady friend" apparently hit a car by pulling into a parking space that was already occupied by another car. Spiral advised that he, or she, (I don't remember which) fellate the biggest member there. billypontoons also suggested that he stay off social media while the insurance companies sort it out. Also great advice.

I still want to know how you pull into a parking spot that’s already occupied

A couple weeks ago I was in the lot at Rivers Casino and I was pulling into a space. There were two orange pylons in the front of the space. You may have been able to get a car between the pylons and into the space from the other side, but it was obvious that you weren't supposed to come into the space that way. As I was pulling in I saw a woman in a Mercedes SUV on the other side gesticulating wildly at me. I asked her what she wanted and she started screaming like a madwoman. It was clear that she believed I had "stolen" the space from her despite the fact that she would have had to squeeze between the plyons to get into the space from where she was. We motherfucked each other and flipped each other off for a minute and then she drove away.

At that point I figured I better move my car or I'd be risking coming out to deflated tires or something. I should have just let the idiot have the spot. I went up a level and there were literally hundreds of empty spaces. Now I felt like a real asshole for arguing over a parking space. I hope the woman felt the same but I somehow doubt it.

Off topic, but have never sued anyone before and am wondering how the settlement talks usually work.

Seems they want to settle our case and am meeting with attorney to for a starting number soon.
