Looks like we are getting properly buried tomorrow

After this well have more snow accumulation that we have had in like 5 years or more. There's like 8in right now and it's projected to more than double. It's gonna be a mess for sure.

yea pretty much. march sucks because winter-just-wont-end, but after that it's fine. April is cool and gloomy but usually no snow. come to think of it april always goes by extremely fast and forgetful.

I like that it stays warm into September and October.

I do too. I try to remind myself of that when it's 50 in May

Still driving to O'Hare in a bit from Wisconsin. Not looking forward to it but flight not cancelled as of now.

Sounds like there is a stop there now. Let us know if they are using ohare to house the illegal migrants.

Give yourself a lot of driving time. Different highway, but just drove 290 for about 5 miles. Even with relatively light amount of traffic, nobody going more than 30-ish MPH, and saw 2 cars off the road.

Flight just pushed back from 12:30 to 1:50. At this point kinda hoping it gets cancelled.

Following off of 312’s point I believe there was an axis shift not climate change. Summer runs into notate October, fall runs into January 1 and winter bleeds into April.

Just came in from shoveling. Actually it is (so far) much easier than Tuesday's snow was.

I'm happy the boys have off so they can do the shoveling. I went outside around lunch and it seemed like it was all melting anyway. The stuff tonight will be different

It is awful up this way, probably around 15 inches or so by the time the storm is done.

Shoveled an inch of slush yesterday and have maybe 2 inches of snow on my driveway. Have to leave at 4am to drop off for OHare so hoping the roads are decent.

Edit - 2.5 hours round trip. Roads weren’t too bad on the tollway. Got behind a convoy of 4 plows that slowed us down for about ten miles.
