I've been in the graphics/printing/newspaper industry for almost thirty years.

There is an entire generation of graphic designers who have never even heard of a negative, dark room, printing press or film let alone what a swastika looks like or what it stood for and the gravity of its display in any form.

My guess is that this is a 100% genuine mistake of oversight and nothing else.

Well, it's blue and geometric, so it's probably for Chanukah, yeah. That does make the appearance of a swastika unacceptable, but at least it's not as if it's intended to be a swastika.
