I bought one of those kits that would increase your vertical leap 6-12 inches or whatever it was. Pretty much just gave you a bunch of drills
to do each day. I did it for a few days before I gave up. This is when I was 12 years old and since we had just moved and were living on a
golf course I was playing more golf than anything during spring, summer and fall.
