i earn my weed money bastard and i would love to pay a sales tax on it if it wouldnt lead me to jail

well things got interesting at work. question to the business guys here-

if you owned a software company of about 10 people, what would be a reasonable monthly payment to have a lawyer on retainer? we wouldnt use him for more than some legal documents and conversations from time to time.... but the catch is he owns part of the company and we want to find a reasonable 'buy out' for him. the company doesnt really have any money so paying him straight off isnt in the cards. i am thinking 5k a month starting a year after we reorganize or something like that

Many that is true, but an incomplete statement.

honestly like a poor mans david spada  i mean the guy is a good lawyer we just dont need him for the business itself and would rather just pay him off somehow. if we can pay him off while keeping him in the cards when we need legal help i think it will be the best incentive for him to sign off his contract. well just tell him plainly that the other option is to collapse the company and nobody gets anything.

also another question

we have a lead sales guy that runs basically his own division of the same company in london. if we brought him into the company equity fold, would we be considered an international corporation?

im asking these questions because the cards are about to be shuffled and i want to do what i can to position everyone in a way that would actually be right. i spent a year fuckin around in a mess and if they dont do this right im out. im the only one that can actually just leave, so i really dont care what happens but i do feel this can be rearranged in a way that i can do what i would do anyway but with some of the guys that have been apart of all this. there are two guys that would help me tremendously going forward....

honestly, Ike is asking if the child tax exemption covers diapers.

The answer is yes.

Perhaps the only thing that gives their life meaning, was knowing there was someone beneath them.

thanks rogers park brian. you understand the point.

yes i know there are other expenses. complain about those. just dont tell me diapers are why your broke. probably more than anything its that 250k house you live in and think its a necessity because you want your kid to grow up in a luxurious atmosphere.
