I think measles, like flu, is a seasonal thing. Whatever season Jenny McCarthy acolytes decide not to vaccinate their spawn.

Other countries are taking a more aggressive approach to the anti-vaccine nonsense. Australia's withholding government funds from families who don't vaccinate:
