very easy. stop voting for politicians you see on political tv ads. because if they can afford to be on tv, they are being paid by corporations who make money off of poisoning us

That's not easy for a majority of the American people.

No one is being forced to eat at Micky D's. Personally, I gave up all fast food 2 years ago and I dont miss it at all.
We know many people who have cut way back on their fast/junk food intake and kids prefer Chipotle and the higher end burger joints.
The free market can be a bitch, as Mcdonalds is finding out. They have a huge challenge ahead of them.

There is something going on. There is a demand for better food. Kraft announced a few days ago they are taking the dye out of macaroni and cheese. No more neon noodles.

While driving is the rough part. Most natural stuff is healthy and it tastes good too.

I stopped drinking soda...all kinds. I stopped eating fast food. I stopped buying groceries containing High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Funny how I haven't had a cold in well over a year and I feel great.

Read your food labels....they're fucking poisoning people.

my diet is pretty boring, but i love it. not everything you eat needs to be healthy... but the unhealthy stuff should be taken in small proportions. its weird, but the foods you think you dont like, you will love the taste of once your body recognizes how much better the food makes it feel.

morning, bagel with cream cheese

lunch, cheese and meat sandwich

dinner, salad. always have a big salad. and then i might go for a bowl of noodles or something. but honestly the salads i eat are fresh cut from whole veggies, so they are dense and filling enough to be more than i need.

weekends, beer

Similar.
Breakfast - 1 egg on a bagel thin + banana.
Lunch - Rice crackers + apple + clif bar
Dinner - Salad...but it's a fucking man salad. My GF gets home before I do and makes up a salad that's a meal. lettuce + spinach + meat + cheese + tomato + red pepper + asparagus + God Knows what.

I still like my beer and will do the burger + fries or pizza one day on the weekend.

"Neon Noodles!!!"
Now that's a label that would catch my eye!
Put them on the end cap and watch them fly out the door!

:D this makes me smile. Healthy diet, and youre not a freak about it. I hate when people don't understand that moderation is OK. if you eat like that, like you show above, having a burger or pizza here and there is no big deal... in fact its actually good to throw some grease and fat in once and awhile. but that is key- once in awhile.

I too gave up soda and food with HFCS.
