I had to go to a wake for a buddy's Dad yesterday. He had stents put in two years ago, and went to the Dr last week. "You have a clean bill of health. Tell your wife you have nothing to worry about, and see you in a year." That is what the Dr told him on Tuesday...he dropped dead of a heartattack while riding his bike on Thursday afternoon. Was only 62 years old :(

I took a new job in late March and just this week the two people hired to replace myself and another lady started. The other lady
who had my position has taken a very "hands off" approach to training them on their new jobs. I on the other hand have been spending
about 90 minutes a day with each to try to get them acclimated. It is difficult to try to teach someone your job for the last 10 years
in 90 minute time chunks each day, and makes getting my current job done all but impossible. It has been a very poorly handled
transition by my company which is just maddening. I'll get through it but it's just been a tough week overall, can't wait for the weekend.

I'm sure the construction worker that was there thought I was a lunatic but he didn't see her try to run me off the road.
