Any of you guys catch last night's first two episodes...

I'll admit I almost got a little on Jack's bite of death on that guard. Was that an homage to his Lost Boys days? Ha!

Great start, although Hour 3 dragged a little. Not a fan of the Curtis angle, but it was an interesting twist.

I love 24. When they said it was an unbelieveable twist I was pretty sure I knew what was going to happen, but it was still great to watch nonetheless.

I like what they've done with Jack so far. It's always great to see him maniacally focused on doing whatever it takes. But, it's pretty cool to see him doubt himself and be unsure.

This show never disappoints. I'm ready for another great season. I hope that Murray or whatever his name is (Chloe's ex) is the next to take a bullet in the neck though.

Best show on TV!

*SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED WHATS BEEN ON TV SO FAR*








It is the best show on TV bar none. Really interested to see how Jack reacts to that nuke going off. I'm wondering if someone like Kim lived near where it went off. 24 as crazy as it can be is very realistic in its portrayal of death. They all aren't hollywood ending deaths. Someone, I'm talking main characters here, die and they simply have to move on. There was no fanfare death for Tony. We had to move on right away. It wouldn't surprise me if Kim simply died near that explosion, something he finds out later during the day. How about killing Curtis to save a known past terrorist...crazy stuff.

Ryan, to avoid people being unhappy with you, I'd modify the thread title if you can to include a notice that there are spoilers in here. People get pretty worked up over this stuff, so you might as well try to avoid pissing them off.

What's everyone's thoughts on the season so far? I'm digging it and even with Jack's Dad and Bro being highlights, I feel like this is not their best effort. I 'd rak it at the bottom for their seasons, but they always find someway to make some big bangs in the show. A couple reasons why the show is "eh" so far....

1. Wayne Palmer as president hasn't worked for me. I thought his character was really interesting as David's right hand man, but now that he is president I find him pretty boring.

2. The Morris story got stupid once he started sulking.

3. Fayed has been about the most boring bad guy in the entire series.

it's been disappointing for me, I think they need to rename it next year to 18. it's suprisingly becoming somewhat predictable with these middle of the season story lines. BTW, does anyone ever eat during this 24 hr span? On a positive note, using the grandkid as a death hostage was a nice touch.

Love the show but don't think it will make the decade milestone.
