If you pay close attention to the trailer, he's fighting Danny Stuntman Wheeler (Andre Ward) there.

So he probably gets knocked down by Wheeler, but then gets up and beats him. Thus, he should be validated and not go fight Drago 2.

Interesting. How can you tell it is Wheeler by seeing the guys legs/shorts?

By leaving it to a youtube sleuth.

I did go back and check and make sure it wasnt footage from the fight against Conlan in the first movie. It wasnt.

Also, Avon Barksdale being in it.

Also, check out 1:30 of the trailer and freeze it
