I think its a slam dunk that Jaime kills Cersei. However, I also read a theory that the servant that saw Jaime in Cersei's bed is going to be the key to killing Cersei. I guess shes been in almost every season and her style has always mirrored Cersei and shes spied for Cersei before. They think that will be who Arya uses to get inside and finish her list.
