The first five or so seasons are great. It even boasts being the launching pad for Ellen Page's career as Leahy's young daughter. I think getting rid of Corey and Trevor signaled a much more commercial era of the show.

I watched a couple of episodes of the European tour yesterday. That thing is the most moneygrabbing shit show I may have ever seen.

is this the Trailer Park Boys live show thing? Went to one of those at the Chicago Theater (!) of all places, about 5 years ago. It was as you said, a pure money grab. The guys stood around drinking, playing 50-50, no, 60-40 (60 to the house) raffle with the audience, as a way to further increase their take.

Relax, guy. We take our tv talk serious here. Never heard of this shit but if you convince me to invest time and it sucks im trolling you for the next decade way.

Try reading the book it was based on,the real people are a lot more terrifying than anything you can see on screen. Douglas can be full of himself sometimes but he is right more often than wrong. I read all of his non fiction and the only fiction that I read of his..The cases that Haunt Us Still was good. I only disagreed with him on one of his conclusions he came to in that book.

Saw a movie based of a Stephen King novella '1922'. Setting was good, story started well, ............won't spoil it.

I’m not even a big consumer of TV series or movies, and I still think it’s worth it. If your old lady watches stuff like that, she’ll enjoy it too. It’s really very cheap, considering all you get.
