Take it for what you will, but the old El Rukns (Blackstone Rangers) still had that code until the mid 80s. As did some of the old Vice Lord's in K town in the 60s

Did they share it with Carol Marin?

Boardwalk Empire "Chalky" White. Same actor as Omar from the Wire.

Only in the middle of season 2, hoping he has a long run.

Peaky Blinders Season 4 cemented Alfie Solomons as a definite Top 10 for me, whereas before I included him but wasn't 100% invested. What a great character. Steals every scene.

I was wondering if a thread like this existed.

#1 and #2 are Mr. Spock and Capt. Kirk.

Yes, Mr. Spock is the greatest.

Then Archie Bunker #3, Andy Taylor #4 and Hawkeye #5

Haven’t read through the thread so he may have been mentioned already but the Reverend Jim Ignatowski from Taxi has got to be on there . Christopher Lloyd was genius in that part.

Hopefully the last few episodes do the trick because he's been fairly forgettable so far.

I think Thomas Shelby is the better character.

I got through 3 pages of this thread without seeing Don Draper. I'm not reading anymore.

Fair.

I finally got around to it on page 5 with a new list. I’ve accepted the fact that my list would change daily depending on mood and memory though.

Fuck it, I’m fucked up and gonna make a new list shooting from the hip or whatever and see how it compares to the original list.

3. Boyd Crowder
4. Daniel Holden
5. Omar Little
6. Walter White
7. Rust Cohle
8. Vic Mackey

Except, Don, you spent the entire episode up until that moment with Ginsburg agonizing over whether his pitch was better than yours. You did think about him, and you do think about him, because your sense of worth is inextricably tied to your put-on persona of a casually brilliant, panty-dropping Ad Man.

Not enough mentions of Hank Kingsley in this thread.

Can’t really make him top 10 but Curtis Lemansky needs more love in this thread too. Might be top 10 supporting/side character. Can’t beat Lem. Goddamn Shane is an asshole.

Ron Swanson
Rust Cohle
Mike Erhentrout
Boyd Crowder
Todd Packer
Stan Marsh
Tony Soprano
Rachel Green's nipples

I was an avid watcher of Oz but it got silly when Beecher made Schillinger his bitch. Too stupid. I'm a big Rita Moreno fan though.

It’s definitely a silly show. Almost cartoon-esque. Still entertaining

One thing about Oz I always appreciated was the finale was satisfying.

Oz is the missing link between Pretty Good For Network TV (Hill Street Blues, Homicide) and Prestige TV (Sopranos, The Wire, OITNB). If Terry's ottoman were asked about Oz, I think the ottoman would declare it "tooooooo rapey."

Orange Is The New Black being called Prestige TV makes me irrationally angry.
