Fucking great. Saved the Thor brand with this movie. Hilarious and entertaining from start to finish. Hulk is especially funny. Highly recommend.

Do you think they'll ever do a stand alone Hulk movie again, hopefully based on the Planet Hulk storyline? I don't remember anyone famous being in it besides the Hulk, but its a great story if you can look past the obvious Sparticus rip off.

The question would be, has any stand alone Hulk film been good? Hulk as well as Thor, are not strong enough to stand on their own. The only reason Thor has been good is because of Loki.

We're hitting the 445 3D show at Hawthorne today. As long as I survive the colonoscopy.

No. Marvel doesn't have the rights for a solo Hulk movie. There was talk of doing Planet Hulk a while ago but it didn't happen and pieces of the Planet Hulk story are in this movie.

Very enjoyable...we saw it in 3D...i don't think that's necessary at all.

Just realized who the director is. Very big fan of What we do in the Shadows!

i just saw it in IMAX 3D. 3D is such a waste with these movies, but the IMAX was cool. Sometimes it literally looks like you're watching video game cut scenes.

Overall, again, it's good entertainment. Lot of humor, some of it a bit over the top and sometimes the jokes fall flat. Goldblum was fun for me. I have a feeling this was the role Howard Stern kept alluding to when he talked about "being offered a script in a big movie"--especially because he would've been very similar in character.

It's always good to see these guys share movies, and Thor and Hulk have some good times.

The villainess is very stock, and the climax is a bit stale. Always with save the people, destroy the city, kill the villain.

So for a recycled plot and resolution, this is just good enough. It's fun, but it's a bit cliche by now to keep seeing the same thing over and over.

Marvel is definitely a machine, and the machine is working. Just keep churning them out...they are clicking along.

:D :D :D out of :D :D :D :D

I just recently discovered a singer named Norma Tanega, whose song, "You're Dead," is featured prominently in What we Do in the Shadows, or so I've learned from the YouTube comments on the song. It looks funny, though. I want to check it out.

Just saw it today. Fucking Great! Easily #2 right behind GoTG for me. I loved the darkness mixed in with the comedy. Loved the Willy Wonka scene as well as him working in a shoutout to What We Do in the Shadows.

Late to the party but better late than never .... it was excellent because it was exactly what it told you it would be .... a sarcastic buddy movie with a fine villianess, a couple of history lessons, and it gets those cats on the path back to Earth for next year's blow-off.

If I had to nitpick something, I wish Goldblum had been given time and room to turn his character up closer to 11 instead of the 6 or 7 that it was. I presume that final cutscene indicates this was a one-off appearance.

I would agree with Goldy. There seems to be some issue with Hemsworth being overshadowed. Loki was toned down a bit as well. Something tells me he had Disney change that.

Just rented this today. FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC! Might be the best comic book movie yet. Had a smile on my face from start to finish.

If I had to describe the movie in one word it would be FUN. DC should take notes, this is how you make a movie.

It is pretty hard not to. GoTG, Ragnorok, and Infinity War are probably top 3 in some kind of order.

The Jeff Goldbum character and Luis from Antman Should have toatally been in Endgame, But I'm not sure how you would make that happen.
