In real time because this fuckin show is still on

Still on because this fuckin show is the biznatch sheite.

Last Friday June 23 episode is why this motherfucker don't get canceled even after getting pitchforked by everyone. What a fuckin show. And the mauri new rule ending was gold.

Fuck the haters. At 60+ years old this mofo is still in his prime.

After the last few shows, I am starting to lose interest. The last Friday show, is still on my DVR.

It's always had ups and down. He goes through months of bad shows. But last week was awesome, start to finish.

I'll watch it then. I was really getting to the point of cancelling HBO, but then I think of GOT.

Maher is hit or miss for me. I guess his show is only as strong as the guests he has on.

His problem as of late, is having toooooooo many Democrats on. I don't watch it to get the same opinion from everyone.

I'll keep repeating it, the show would be better if he lost the studio audience.

Because Maher plays to it or they just cheer for 1 side?

No way. The funniest parts of the show is when the dipshit sheep audience either cheers or boos and Maher wanted them to do the opposite, so he corrects them and they start doing the opposite.

i agree the guests make or break the show

his key to real success is having the right wing republicans that are actually brave enough to go on the show. its sad most of them wont, but it is what it is.

Finally watched it. JUST WOW!

His guests made that show. I loved the hating on the Democrat party as well as Republicans hating on Trump. Fucking Epic!

Now Bill Maher is the same as Alex Jones.

Jesus, what a piece of shit article. Yes, Maher has definitely lost his fastball, but this article is just left-wing trash.

Who, Newsom or Maher? I thought Maher came off much, much worse: Newsom made the salient point that Democrats need to give people something to vote for so they feel compelled to go out and vote, but Maher just kept hyperventilating about Russia, as if anyone outside of NY/LA/DC media bubbles gives a fuck about Russia. No one in Youngstown, Ohio who's out of work and watching people around him drop dead of fentanyl overdoses is thinking that something must be done about The Slav. FIX SHIT.

I just don't like having 2 guests, and having 1 side viewpoint. And that little tangent about nazi's being like pedophiles was ridiculous. Saying before the internet, they would all sit in their basements and now they can connect. You can say that about any group, especially BLM. Fucking come up with something original. Since Maher's return, it has been VERY weak.

Yeah, but as I think we discussed in another thread, Neo-Nazis were indeed early adopters of the internet as a networking tool. So were pedophiles: America Online was initially reluctant to keep pedophiles off their service because they ran up so many minutes sending *clears throat* back and forth.

I don't disagree. I would just like to hear another viewpoint. Have Michael Steele on, that would of been perfect. Or that gay Republican guy with the beard.....biiiiicracky

Sippy Cupp was terrible, and that kid totally wasn't interactive in the conversation once his little presentation was done.

I'm watching it right now. An attractive Indian or Middle Eastern woman is making the possibly spurious claim that all chain restaurants are turning into "breastaurants" as a matter of corporate policy. I may have to give Applebee's another chance.

She was crazy and terrible and seemed to possess zero understanding of the economics of restaurants.

He nailed the ending of New Rules though.

bill Maher is great >>> https://youtu.be/jMUJ_6uxSM0

That bit about sports where he asked why athletes never blame Jesus ("I had the ball in my hands but fucking Jesus screwed it all up") and telling fans there is no "we" cuz you're a machine for turning beer into piss is great and worth looking up.

I disagree with Andrew Sullivan a lot but he’s probably Maher’s best regular guest.

I was sitting there with my son yelling at the TV while she was on. My wife then put on a recent episode of Samantha Bee's show and I'm wondering what kind of indoctrinating shit my kids are being exposed to.

Samantha Bee, Trevor Noah, and post-2016 John Oliver are really in a photo finish for worst shit. Bill Maher The N-Word Guy isn't what he used to be but I guess I respect that he's practically an elder statesman for ye olden days of show business now.
