I'd say there are some MFTV movies with staying power. First one that comes to mind is "Brian's Song" which sometimes is mistaken as a theatrical release.

Here are some other great ones that come to mind:

That was the freaking best. Throw in Poison Ivy and Family Ties Vacation and you got a quality MJF marathon.

I used to watch those ABC Weekend and Afterschool specials but I can't remember any of them.

There was one about an airplane fell that apart on a flight to Hawaii.

Conspiracy was something once you started watching you could not stop. It was amazing at how casually these people talked about killing so many people and argued over the how and why and who would get the credit.

And the Band Played on,was another one. It was astonishing at how the entire thing could have been nipped in the bud if people just where honest and stopped playing politics and being so PC about what was going on.

Duel was made for TV? Never knew that. I loved that movie. The scene in the diner was classic.

If anyone seeks out Witness To The Mob, make sure to get the uncut 3 hour version, and not the one that was originally pressed on DVD. It’s missing like 45 minutes of key footage.

Critics talk shit about that movie, but I’m a huge fan, particularly of Nicholas Turturro in the role of Sammy The Bull.
