That's what I was thinking. Roger Moore started in his late 30s and he always seemed kind of old for the part.

Pierce Brosnan was the guy who really looked the part but the movies weren't that great.

Luther with Elba is still one of my favorite tv series. But, yea too long in the tooth for Bond.

Craig was 37 when he started as Bond. I'd like to see them go a bit younger this time. Also, a Netflix series on a Bond type retired agent in his 60s or 70s would be interesting.
