Of course this is my favorite movie trope. Because MPDGs are specifically designed to appeal to dipshits like me. One of the reasons I love Beautiful Girls so much is because it is the only movie that features not one, but TWO MPDGs.

I'm not sure if Summer really qualifies as a MPDG. Of course she has many of the traits, but the movie was made after the term was coined and the film seems very aware of the trope. In fact, it almost seems as if the entire point of 500 Days is to illustrate that MPDGs don't really exist except in the minds of horny dudes.

Yeah it is kind of a thing for me. I did not know there was an official term.

Does Summer Glau count as one?

I’ve really come around to like Beautiful Girls . You’re talking Portman and Gish I’m assuming ?

Felicia Day?

Or is that just geek fantasy girl?

Is that different than MPDG?

Why so many questions at 8am?

I had to look up what this was. Essentially the ideal female from a man's perspective. Terrible.

I love Annabeth Gish, but the other MPDG is Uma Thurman. She could tell you down to the minute when pitchers and catchers report and she tried to help Paul make Martha Plimpton jealous and she gave sage advice to our boy Will and then she disappeared.

I missed the entire mpdg movement.

The coiner of the term now regrets it.

Quick check at CFMB is quite revealing.

Good to see Seabrook gets a couple dayz off.
MPDG. Question for the ages...Am I richer or poorer for this knowledge? Hmmm

And it came from JORR? Did somebody shave his chest hair?
