I liked the western feel of the earlier episodes. It wouldn't be a bad thing if they explored that further. To be honest I can't even remember how season 2 ended its been so long. I remember Boba Fett getting his ass kicked in the bar by rando girl but I don't think that was last episode.

I wonder how changes at Disney will affect things. They are saying they are cutting back on production but the real problem is with quality not quantity. When Iger took over the Kennedy firing rumors started but I'll believe it when I see it.

Just watched episode 3 this morning and it was pretty interesting. Kind of going a little deeper like Andor with the backstory on the doctor. I think it does a good job showing how deep and far the Empire will go. I honestly think there has been way less Grogu this season and the show is better for it.

I watched first two episodes but there were a lot of people around so couldn't give it full attention. I was surprised that robot was still intact I thought he got blown up in a volcano. I didn't understand what the pirates were doing. I don't know why they have to make Mandalorian look inept. He needed saved twice and how much time passed when Baby Yoda had to get help? I think it would be better if Baby Yoda talked. I think he's old so he should talk. They keep cutting to him for his reaction but he can't talk so he just stares into the camera. It seemed like some things happened on another show I didn't know what was going on or I didn't remember because season 2 was so long ago.

He's starting to try to talk. I'll be interested to see if you like season 3. I don't expect the rest of the season to be like it but I really enjoyed the turn towards an Andorian feel. It was slow in parts but thought the payoff was worth it.

It’s still a good show, but episode 3 went to an Andor-y place, which sucked compared to actual Andor. Stick to what works.

I thought it worked well to tell that particular story and highly unlikely that is going to be the route they take moving forward.
