A lot of mystery over who Creed's opponent is going to be in the story line. Jonathan Majors is playing the part. Have read that it could be Clubber Lang's son. Or that it is another son of Apollo. Or that it is Bianca's brother. Or possibly someone he encountered back in juvenile hall. I would say from the line you can't run from your past that either a son of apollo or someone he met as a kid would be the most likely.

I thought about that, too. He is still a producer. Here's what he said about Creed III.

Michael B. is starting to become a little long in the tooth for this role as well. Stallone is going to have to punch up a script for a third generation

How do the Dragos just disappear in the Rocky franchise? Ivan murders Apollo; nearly kills Rocky. His kid nearly murders Killmonger before killmonger gets a montage boost.

How do these guys just go away after losing close fights? Give the Drago kid a montage and he could single-handedly takeover Ukraine.
