I just got into this show and it's hilarious. On season 6.

I’d say great. Like many shows though last 1-2 seasons stretched a bit far.

It got gay after 5 seasons

I also took this girl on a date who ended up being a heroin addict and she freaked out that I watched shameless and she wouldn't stop talking about that show all night for fucking hours I was so irritated I still remember that.

Couldn’t agree more with that.

First few seasons were fantastic and the last couple were hard to get through, a couple funny episodes per season was the average after season 5 I think. Steve Howey played an awesome character (Kevin) and William H. Macy should have gotten an annual Emmy for his performance.

I watched it and all, but it wasn't breathtaking or anything. Decent. Just about everyone irritated me except Kevin, V, and Carl.

i saw it when it was new, but like the first 2 seasons, it got tiring fast.

Did it jump the shark when Carl became a wigger?

yep....it got real bad at the end. Milked it way too long.
Enjoyed the first 5 seasons, but like most shows....there's a time to end it. By Season 8 I was hate watching it.
