first time playing chicago in 10 years. Shows on Friday and Saturday. I went last night. The guy is the best around right now. Somehow, he is able to make a stadium of 20K feel like an intimate setting. It's rare that comedy translates well into a stadium venue, but he pulls it off nicely.

His opening acts were very weak, including Donnell Rawlings (ashy larry). It was embarassing that two comedians followed each other and had nearly identical bits about the sub implosion AND dock fight in alabama. I assume neither opens for him at every show and so they weren't coordinated. However, Rawlings had to have turned ashy in the green room hearing Luenell's set, with 20K people ready to hear his act.
