George RR Martin worried about his remaining books after Season 5 because he realized his ending sucked and he was going to have to rewrite the entire ending and it already was taking him 5 years to do a book when he had the story.

So we are to believe that he was worried that they weren't following his plan for how the Game Of Thrones world should go but we are also supposed to believe he didn't tell them how the Game of Thrones world was supposed to finish?
