I watch this since my fiancée likes it, and I make her watch enough of my crap. But I haven't really liked it since Brody died. Hard to an enjoy a show whose main character I can't stand.

Jumped the shark. Saul loosing his cool and later sleeping with that station chief lady did it for me. Ruins the steady cunning spymaster character that they created.

How many times can this program do the "she's off her meds" plot? Fuck. At least the kid is gone.

Speaking of Brody, he's in a new show with Paul Giamatti. They've been running the promos for it right before Homeland.

She certainly seemed pretty lucid for this past episode. She has to still be off the meds and Quinn doesn't know. No surprise with the
Russian plot but I didn't see that last scene happening at all and have no idea what happened there.

Saul's girlfriend, Allison, found a way to put kill orders in the mailbox and arranged for Carrie's murder. After Quinn provided "proof of death" to Allison via the mailbox, she ordered another assassin to kill Quinn as a way of concealing her involvement.

That is kinda what I thought after she answered the phone but what about the airplane and 10 million dollars? That couldn't have been Saul since that was the guy
he wanted installed unless Dar undermined him.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the plane. My guess is that it will be connected to Allison somehow.

I am now rooting for the death of all major characters on this show.

It's no gouda.

I'll be watching this evening. Doesn't sound promising.

I'll be interested to hear your opinion. I didn't find the episode enjoyable or believable, but the story can still be salvaged.

Easily the least enjoyable episode of the season. It's almost as if the Berlin station chief is trying to hard to look stupid and naïve.
Twice Dar looked at her like she was a complete idiot, and it would now appear clear that she is the one behind all of these
shenanigans and trying to frame Saul. I have no idea what he and Carrie will discuss in the cab as I thought they were not on
speaking terms. The most unlikeable characters are Carrie's co-workers including her boyfriend. He is a complete idiot. I really
don't like where the Quinn storyline is going. I bet you were rooting for him to get his zip tie on and sink to the bottom of the cove
in that scene near the end. I almost wished the same since I don't want to see a character I like get marginalized and taken in by
this stranger. It will take quite a bit to salvage this mess. We aren't even to the halfway point in the season. That can be a good
thing but starting to worry me with this show.

I don't buy Dar Adal being this dumb. His character had previously displayed great cunning and intelligence.

Some of you don't like this season.

While there are flaws, I'm actually enjoying it. I think it's some good stroy lines.

What makes it better is the lack of "Love interest" stories which we've seen in previous seasons. I don't like those in a show like this.

Yeah, Saul is banging his underling, but they're not making that a huge part of the story telling. We just saw them in bed that one time. The writers know nobody wants to see Saul and her in the throws of passion. That wouldn't be good TV.

Watched most recent episode this morning. I think the best thing I can say about it is that we got some resolution to a few things and I am
looking at it essentially as a reboot of the season with hopes that things improve the second half. The previews for next week
got cut off so I didn't get to see where our characters are heading next. My guess would be to Syria but really have no idea.

Not liking the last few episodes. So no one suspects the red head station chief is the spy? Really??

Let's hope it improves. How many episodes are left?

Quinn shot and stumbles upon a terror network just released from prison.. And hears hears their plotting through vent.. Just awful.

Saul holds the key in figuring it out it was Allison who is the mole. As far as anyone knows, there is not an issue of a mole. Carrie's name in a kill box is in the back burner of Saul's mind. He'll have to put the pieces together to figure out who would know about the operation and have access to the box.

Totally agree. Came off a little too much like 24.

Pretty good episode with flashbacks to 2005 on Sunday night - 11/22.

Connects some dots about Allison & Carrie's relationship/history as well as Allison's past.

Yes, dots definitely connected now. I was happy to at least find out where the end of the story
was headed, which appears to be Germany.

Pretty good episode on Sunday and you knew exactly how Allison was gonna play it when the Russian Safe House was being stormed.

Saul has to watch Allison with another man... ouch.

Don't wanna give away too much if you guys who watch haven't seen it yet.

I've loved this season. My favorite one. Especially these last few episodes.

And I've always thought this guy is the best character in the series. He's also been the best actor of any of them no matter the season.

It was an ok episode but still not sure how this all plays out. Is Allison telling the truth about Russia being her bitch in all of this?
Has to be one final twist here. Quinn is in some deep shit.

This has become one of those shows I am watching just because I used to enjoy it 2-3 seasons ago. The Quinn plot line of him perfectly falling in with a terrorist group while bleeding out in the streets of Berlin redefines the word "contrived." He seems like a superfluous character that is only being kept around because fans like him. I'm sure Carrie's German millionaire boss will be involved in the rest of this season's mess.

Did you miss the episode where they flashbacked to Allison caught on tape and set up by the Russians?

I'll give it one more week to do a 180 or its getting removed from the DVR.

Yes I saw it. Her actions would lend the story to the Russians controlling her but she was pretty convincing when Dal was grilling her and made
some interesting points which made Saul and Carrie look at each other like "maybe we fucked up". Like I mentioned, I would like to think there
would be some kind of twist still coming.

Who was the old woman with the dog outside Allison's place that she was signaling then? Probably a Russian...

Allison obviously working for the Soviets.

I'm thinking saul was expecting her to signal somebody and will be looking at the street camera and building cameras.
