I'm going to essentially "+1" roger spark here, with a brief addition of no subject should ever be off limits to lampoon in general ... maybe a certain time-frame from a given event, I'll buy that, but only a brief time. Not the same, but similar, but I was kind of annoyed by how long it took for people to laugh at anything, let alone the subject itself, after 9-11. But that's just me; humor (albeit subjective to be sure) really is a coping mechanism for many people who otherwise wouldn't know how to parse through horrible topics/events.

I like King of the Hill, I love South Park and Beavis and Butthead but I can not stand Family guy. I find it to be very scattered and extremely overbearing. I just don't get it and I don't need to. I watch enough tv as is.

While I think FG is non sequitor garbage and extremely overrated, I did laugh @ the creepy gpa when I used to watch... To be honest. I don't think ill be able to laugh @ it all or for a while anymore.
