The new one. Saw it on the airplane yesterday. I liked it about as much as the first. I thought Chris Penn played a better Willard, but the preacher's daughter in this one was FAR better than the first. It was basically the same story with the same music. I don't see why they decided to do a remake if they were not going to change anything.
