If that sign really says 2812 then this show is already idiotic. So we're to assume that a building that is already falling apart in 2012 is going to still be standing 800 years later? How many buildings in all of history have lasted that long?

I tried watching the trailer but only got halfway thru it. No thanks. I also avoided that Lost-esque show on NBC from a year or 2 ago. I don't remember what it was called, and I don't think it lasted the entire season. Had something to do with the president and some huge twist.

Just watched the trailer, its 2012 not 2812. Story takes place 15 years in the future. Premise is all the power (electrical, battery etc) stops working. Government breaks down, militias take over. Giancarlo Esposito plays a militia leader. Rest of the cast looks nothing special.


Gonna be on Monday nights which is a huge red flag.


I'll definitely check it out since I love that genre.

Monday Night Football rules monday night, networks typically try to avoid pitting good shows vs MNF unless its a show exclusively for women, which this doesn't appear to be.

Sit coms on the hour before MNF have had some success, but if they get too popular they immediately get switched to a different night, i.e. Big Bang Theory.

Hour long dramas don't have a history of doing well on monday nights.


Its not as bad as being on friday night, but Monday is definitely the second worst night for tv shows (not counting weekends). If NBC had high hopes for this show ala Lost it would be on Tues-wed-thur.

monday's a feeler night. "castle" started on monday nights i think and it's been moved since. wednesdays and thursdays are still the most popular nights.
