List your favorite holiday flicks. I personally can't go a Christmas without at least one viewing of "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation", MST's "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians", "It's a Wonderful Life" (family thing), and for Thanksgiving--"Trains, Plains and Automobiles" is a standard--and probably the only one...no one makes movies for Thanksgiving. I wanna say that "Dutch" was too but...can't remember exactly.

You know what I'm going to get you next Christmas, Mom? A big wooden cross, so that every time you feel unappreciated for your sacrifices, you can climb on up and nail yourself to it.

Any opinions on Bad Santa? Want to rent this weekend.

If you have a dark sense of humor, you'll love it.

Die Hard and Trading Places if you count them as Christmas movies.

A little sad but funny too. It's not a feel good movie.

Wow I can't believe I forgot this one:

I get the fireplace going to warm the bones.
The wife makes hot chocolate for the kids, some Starbucks for us, popcorn.
The dog takes over the couch, so we all sit around on the floor...

Then I pop in the 2005 White Sox World series DVD

YEAH!!!

We're gonna have the hap, hap, happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny fucking Kaye.
