The fact that Ariana Grande would marry Pete Davidson is proof that this is a computer simulation with no rules.

How does Pete Davidson have $100K to drop on an engagement ring anyway?
If he's rolling that deep for being a bit player on SNL, God only knows what Kate McKinnon makes, and she's hardly ever on the show anymore either. I don't get the impression that Kyle Mooney could lend me gas money if I needed it.

For the second time, the comedian and actress is nominated for outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series for her performance on "SNL."

I do not understand how she has been nominated at all, let alone twice. She screws up her lines in nearly every skit she's in, and she usually doesn't even have that many lines to begin with. Based on this past season, Heidi Gardner is more deserving than Jones.

I follow a lot of TV reviewers/podcasters. There's a line of thought that the Kavanaugh/Ford stuff shouldn't be covered because it is too raw and fresh.

Or, if it is covered, it should be portrayed by all women and that Jost and Che should not reference it in any manner.

I don't think that is how they will cover it.

I predict a lot of "I like beer" references.

They pretty much just recreated the actual hearing. I mean the real hearing was ridiculous on its own.

Keenan Thompson is still on this show?

What the fuck was that?

Justin Timberlake's Homelessville skits songs were better than that....and longer.

This has been pretty good so far. Mikey Day is still completely awful in everything and used too much but the most important thing is that the bloodied and beaten horse that is alec baldwin's trump has not been on....yet.

I do not for the life of me understand why anyone likes Pete Davidson. When is he even funny?

The only reason its funny (Che and Jost) is that he has no script. Its just a raunchy Dangerfield bit though where he rips on himself. He has absolutely nothing else.

So people pay Kanye to do these things?

Good for him.

Well, at least his third attempt actually resembled a song.

What a weird appearance. They changed the format to give him a third song?

He'll be dead before he's 30.

Kyle Mooney is not funny and Maria Villasenor has the smile of a deranged clown.

Michael Che still reminds me of Jason Goff.

Thankfully there were no Donald Trump skits and very little Kate McKinnon.

By 2024 Mikey Day will be in prison for rape and/or murder.

IMO the funniest part was Adam Driver's performance in the Career Day skit.

The woman in the brown leather jacket in Kanye's last song looked a little...off.

I haven't watched it yet, but Kyle, Keenan, Beck, Mikey, Alex are all great.
Pete, Kate, Cecily (used to like her) and fucking Leslie Jones need to find new jobs.
I like Aidy and Melissa enough, but I don't think either of them of inherently funny people.
I guess the cast got mad at Kanye?

Noticing a gender trend there.

you married and procreated multiple times with a kardashian so i guess that tells me all i need to know, huh? #iaintsayinghesagolddigger BUT....

I had to rewatch the episode. I have no clue what is going on with Kanye...All 3 songs were terrible. But you could totally see that chick from the second song tits.

What a horrible show today. They have a week to come up with funny shit and this is what they gave us? I swear to god I could write better shit. 90% of the country could come up with better stuff. It's not that hard when you have that much time to plan these skits.

And when are we gonna see Trump again? 2 weeks and no Trump.

That was a very weak episode. A predictable opening skit, a monologue in which they didn't even try to do anything funny, and another Pete Davidson bit during Weekend Update which is just him repeating several times that he has a mental illness. I'm starting wonder if he actually does or if this is just something on which he is basing his act.

Davidson made sure to get a pot shot in at Chevy. The guy may be an asshole but he was still pretty important to the show and he is a hell of alot funnier on his worst day than you are on your best day.
