No. Not for Waddle. Waddle probably clears about 400k a year with his radio and part time TV gigs. 30 year mortgage on a 3.25 million dollar home? Waddle's got that. That's the equivalent of somebody making 60k with a mortgage on a 300k house.

Trib says he bought this house in 2010 after selling his previous Lake Forest house for 2.5 million.

I guess he has buyers remorse if he's selling it 3 years after buying it. Kids are moving out and he doesn't need that big house or the payments. He should have known that in 2010. Plus he and Silvy are going against B&B now. He might not think ESPN 1000 will keep him after his current contract if they continue to get doubled up in the ratings.

1.78 acres in Lake Forest? He's getting killed on property taxes as well.

I still don't think he sells it for more than the 3.25 he bought it for. He should be happy if he breaks even.

I still think 200k for the plans to a lake house is a much wiser investment.
