What the hell? We let them talk sports, next thing you know, they're gonna want to vote!!!! Just kidding. Promote 'em all I say!!!

Anyway, Waddle will spend 4 hours trying to not let Sarah Spain see he's staring at her boobs.

I've caught Sarah on some weekends shifts. She likes talking about herself.

Hey, is this her first time subbing for one of the BIG shows?

Cuz you guys were speculating that she was either at THE GAME or going to THE GAME.

So, I'm thinking she made a power play to ESPN 1000. She told them give her more prime time chances or she'll go to THE GAME.

The bosses like having the eye candy at the station, so they agreed. And that's why she's with Waddle today.

How about that one? BOOM!!!! Nailed it.

Nah, I'm pretty sure she had three or four days one week when Silvy got married last summer, or whenever that was. I hardly think she qualifies as eye candy any more, either. I can't quite figure it out- she speaks clearer than the update girl on the Score, but is still short of professional. And she's not nearly smokin' hot enough to keep her job only on looks. i know there are some connections with her boyfriend, but still...

I'm not saying she's a super model. But this is sports radio for the love of God. Bosses mostly have to look at a bunch of guys all day. And you don't get any qualified hot women applying for a job in sports radio.

They need to take whatever they can get.

That's why Kerry Sayers gets to stay at the Score despite the fact that she sucks.

The reason that Sayers & Spain are able to keep their jobs despite the fact that they are terrible at them has very little to do with their looks & everything to do with the fact that CBS & ABC have to satisfy EEOC.

I don't know if flight would help there. I think she is a good update person and don't mind segments but I don't think she should have a full time thing. There was nobody driving that show Friday, it was bad. Silvy is so important here.

That's what promotions and traffic/continuity are for. Those are the designated girl-jobs in radio.
