Silvy has something to talk about after the 3:00 update.

Brooks Boyer contacted Silvy about a promotion. Silvy thinks they're going to ask him to throw out the first pitch, but, Silvy is a Cub fan. What if they ask him to wear a White Sox jersey and hat to throw out the first pitch? Will he be "selling out" by doing that?

What is a boy to do?

This has been the last 10 minutes or so.

This reminds of a story Mac told in 2008 or 2009 about Silvy. A sponsor had given then Blu-Ray players, and as Silvy was leaving the building he was complaining because the box was big and awkward to carry. Mac said "You just got a $400 Blu-Ray player (I think they were pretty expensive back then, weren't they?) for free and you're complaining because the box is big?"

It's just waste of time radio. I've been saying it for years. You need to do something. B&B used to be hilarious, now they piss people off. Either way you are listening. W&S are just there. It's noise on the radio, it adds nothing to the conversation. They arent funny, controversial, cutting edge.... It's just boring corporate filler that people have on out of habit. Bad bad bad.
