Silvy brought up the other day their comments when the Bears hired Trestman. They both said that he will be a bad head coach, loses a locker room, no respect from players, shouldnt be a head coach.

I remember Rice saying he doesnt adapt to defenses. Said that by game 8 of the season the other teams knew the plays.

You would think a stats guy like Emery would have checked into year 2 production of Trestman's offenses. But I think Emery inly likes stats that back up what he thinks, not those that would give him a more overall picture.

I dont think Emery is a stat guy, I think he finds stats to support what he wants to see or tell others. To even feel the need to go and see how many backfield disruptions 50 had....you really need stats to see he sucks?

I am pretty sure 50 leads the team in jumps over the pile, as he is usually a few seconds behind the play, so he jumps over the pile.

Still cant believe this is the guy that Emery thought was the best player between Chandler Jones and Shea.

Trestman was the Raiders' offensive coordinator when they were beat by Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl. You know, when Tampa Bay/Gruden knew the plays the were running because they were the same as the year before when Gruden was at Oakland?

Tim Brown and Jerry Rice says some odd things so who knows what to believe. I remember Brown accusing Oakland's head coach Bill Callahan of "sabotaging" the game due to Callahan's relationship w/Gruden.
