Was there a Jay Cutler show this week, or did he duck out again?

I really enjoyed this show last year but have only heard a couple this year. Either I forgot to tune in or when I did he wasn't there.

He did like 4 of them this year. Brandon Marshall did quite a few of them.

Lance Briggs was just on now for the past hour or so, it was pretty good stuff.

I caught a few of the Brandon Marshall shows and wasn't sure if he was just filling in for Cutler or if they had him on independently of the Cutler show. Did Jake Long fill in for Cutler once or twice, too?

it's a dumb idea for these kinds of shows for this very reason. and i don't know why they chose to do this at all.

i remember when m&h had desmond clark on every tuesday. it was absolutely brutal, especially since clark had a voice that was hard to comprehend.

They asked Briggs some pretty good questions. He was or has become a tool.

I'd like to know what Silvy and Waddle think of Cutler and why he canceled so many shows.

waddle would probably give a standard PC answer. silvy would be a little more honest that he thinks cutler wussed out.

He cancelled one, after the Miami game where Kyle Long filled in. The others had Brandon Marshall scheduled. Cutler didn't do any/many outside of the city this year.

Silvy said he lost a lot of respect for Cutler for blowing off that one show. Every other time, after good games and bad, Cutler has been there to talk and take questions. That is the one thing he has handled almost perfectly since coming to Chicago.
