Not that Mac.....but this is from Ed Sherman's column.

Mac attack

Speaking of the '85 Bears, Jim McMahon will appear on the Sean Salisbury-Steve Rosenbloom show at 11 a.m. Monday on WMVP-AM 1000.

***

I could have sworn that McMahon has said he doesn't even watch football or Bears games. If this is true (what I've heard), this should be quite an interview!

Maybe Joe Carter could call in and ask the punky qb how is his relationship with Pete Rozelle.

Heard most of the interview. It was pretty awkward, because Punky QB doesn't watch football and doesn't care about the game or who wins. It was mostly just Sean fawning over him from their days as teammates.

Sean - We gonna hang out tomorrow. We're good friends right? You like me alot right?

Mac - Uhh yeah sure. Whatever.

How does a grown man like Sean act like this. With everybody. He's like a high school kid. He's gotta prove to everybody that he knows everybody and he's friends with everybody. It's quite sick. Every interview he does he'll say that. Even when he's just discussing a guy he'll drop "I know him well and we're friends." YOU ARE NOT FRIENDS WITH EVERYBODY SEAN. There is no way people like you.

Beardown, nicely done. That was exactly how it went done. It sounded like Jim wanted nothing to do with Sean.
