Yeah. It would be smart of them to make a change as soon as possible. It's like the guy has never worked in radio before and he keeps droping the 'in the business for 40 years' thing. Wish they'd get thos podcasts up sometime soon. Last nights show seemed much more comfortable...

I feel bad for the Goffster. He's trying to pull any kind of personality he can out of this guy and failing. I can usually sample about 5-10 minutes. Here's an approximation of what I heard today.

I think they were talking about Mac setting up a "Man Cave" type environment -

Mac - It still needs some finishing.

Goff - Tell us about it.

Mac - There's nothing to tell.

Goff - Come on. Let's hear some details.

Mac - The TV needs to be put on the wall.

Goff - Come on, Mac. You're an old play-by-play guy. Paint us a picture.

Mac - What do you want to know?

Goff - How big is the TV? What's the brand? Come on, paint a picture.

Mac - I don't know. 40-something.

Goff - You can do better than that.

Mac - OK, it's a 46-inch Panasonic. Is that good enough? You know I was going to save this but I'm planning to invite you all over for Thanksgiving?

Goff - (Some small talk and then...) Traditional?

Mac - Yeah, traditional. Some turkey, potatoes and I got a recipe from a woman for pepperoni stuffing that is THE BEST stuffing you will ever have.

Goff - You want to share that recipe?

Mac - No.

Goff - Maybe...

Mac - Are we a cooking show now? Are we going to do a Friday Tailgate Recipe every Friday?

Goff - We do guy talk, too. Somebody might want...

Mac - I'm not giving it out.

That took longer than I thought but Goff needs to get this guy cut loose.
