Not national but Mrs. Fella almost hit the Kapman in a parking garage last summer.

He was on foot, obviously in a hurry and darted out between two parked cars. She slammed the brakes well in advance avoiding any contact. He smiled, waved, said, "Sorry" and continued on briskly towards the elevators.

She brushed it off as no big deal. Until later that night...

I was watching STL and she said; "That's him! That's the friendly bald guy I almost hit today!"

True story. :lol:
