I lived in AZ for awhile during the Johnson years. Always enjoyed Thom on those broadcasts. The last 5 plus years he’s gotten very annoying though

I like Thom but I agree, last few years he's been annoying. He sounds like a nervous caged animal because I think he's tired of losing. Sounds like Chip sounded with the Cubs. Always babbling, over-talking, etc.

his last call was today. Apparently he only does home games. Check it out on SPportscenter. They are reliving his final call of his career.

The Reds gave out transistor radios to the fans today.

Ballpark looked packed today. Odd to see for a midweek day game there. But of course it was for him.
