When is the Stern Show live typically? Mon-Wed 5A-9A with a replay from 10A-2P?

Considering getting the free 30-day trial to SiriusXM, and I want to be able to listen to Stern in addition to other programming. I'm giving satellite radio a final chance. It seems like SiriusXM hasn't taken over terrestrial radio like was once predicted, but I like Stern.

On channel 100, it's on from 6-10 AM. After it ends, there is the wrap up show with Ta-Ta-Toothy and John Hein. Then the show replays for the rest of the day.

On channel 101, the show airs the west coast feed starting at 8am our time. After that ends, the channel is an absolute shit fest for the rest of the day.

Just finished listening to the Tracy Morgan interview from the other day. He killt it as he usually does on Stern.

Big difference between this and the Carolla appearance a few weeks back. I think he's very comfortable on Stern and maybe doesn't completely know/trust Carolla.

The story about him shitting in the community pool when someone stole his shoes was hillarious...

The posters on dawgshed think it's a cover for an OD or another suicide attempt. Could be. Artie's so full of shit we'll never know. I listen to Artie's show occasionally on podcast. He's been missing several times the last month. When he comes back it's always the mysterious raspy voice at the start of the show that miraculously vanishes in 20 minutes. Dude should be in the Guinness book for many times he's had the "flu."

His "story" was that he was checked into the hospital due to diabetic shock. It could be possible, since he drinks Hawaiian Punch by the gallon, and eats Devil Dogs by the case.

His tale sort of falls apart, when he claims that they forced him to check into the psyche ward. How does a hospital put you in there against your will?

Artie is too much of a pussy for real suicide so he is just self destructive to the point that an early grave is inevitable. I would have figured he would have cleaned himself up physically after his suicide attempt. However, he came back just as ragged looking and obviously isn't living much cleaner.

The Billy Joel town hall today was fantastic. Good, raw entertainment.

I saw a promo for his birthday show. My goodness, does Howard look terrible. The new teeth, chin, and nose, in combination with his wig look very scary. He has become a Long Island yenta.

He really should apologize to Ma-ma-monkey, for goofing on his teeth all these years.
