At the end of the news in the Harland Williams episode, it sounded like Gina was going to use Alison's "zip it, Caller Bob" sign off but caught herself and muttered something else.

Laughed at Harland's "new slaws" instead of making new laws.

I never got the love for Adam Carolla. I guess if anyone would know what makes a good sidekick, though, it'd be him, riding the coattails of Dr. Drew and Jimmy Kimmel as he did.

Today's show didn't help the Aceman. Still came across like a petulant prick. He tried rationalizing it like he was doing Alison a favor.

Oh, and David Wild sucks. The biggest kiss ass ever, even with him bringing up the Alison stuff. That seemed rehearsed like Carolla told him to ask about it so that he could further explain the situation. And when I say "further explain," I mean come across even more poorly than he did yesterday.

Carolla's going back and editing something in his movie...wonder if he's going to cut out Alison's part.

I've popped in there from time to time, don't think I've bothered registering, and not in the last year. Alison vaguely mentioned it once, back when Carolla was explaining why he killed comments on the show web site (each day's show would have comments under it, a mix of questions/praise/criticism/trolls) when they redesigned it after Donnie walked the plank.

I would have said tat same thing before listening to the podcast

He's extremely quick witted and just great at improv type stuff. Laugh out loud stuff the first time you hear it


But the problem is if you listen for like a year, you've heard most of the act


Also, he didnt really ride Dress coattails. Adam made Loveline popular.

He opened today's show by saying that Gina Grad wasn't in the studio because he wanted to talk about the Alison situation. I'm only about a half hour in, and he's still giving specifics about the decision. He claims he tried taking the high road but had to set the record straight.

Some of it I can see his point. Some of it still seems petty. Intererested what you guys think after you listen. Won't give anything away.

He lost me when he said the reason he didn't talk about his favorite thing in the world (some car race he participates in) is because Alison and Bald Bryan check out. I do, too. I couldn't care less about that crap.

What's funny is that all of the stuff he said could also be applied to Bald Bryan, which was awkward when he brought it up. BB seemed to pick up on it, too.

Still glad he went into more details, but he still came off kind of douchey.

Seems Adam was really bothered by the backlash. I dont think he realizes how many people dislike him. He's been humbled a bit. Also, I think he realized Alison doesnt fucking like him...at all.


Honestly though, peruse the show your boss is on and the book your boss writes (since your job is to discuss these things). That's pretty basic stuff.


Alison's next podcast will be interesting.
