They won't pay Brock $18M to sit on the bench. Arizona won't pay him and Palmer. He won't play for the Browns. It's Jets, Bears, or 49ers. The other two (or the Browns) will split Kap, Cutler, and Garapolo.

Even though the Jets are more than a QB away from being a contender, that is just the type of move that they would make.

I'm also good with letting Hoyer and/or Barkley start the first 12 or 13 games, and the rookie getting his feet wet starting the last few.

As a bears fan, at this point... I just want to draft a future star QB. I would suffer a few more bad seasons to wait for one. What 8th grader is looking good these days? Find one and start feeding him HGH.
