Nagy likely goes back the job he did best, grabbing food for Andy Reid, and if any part of the stories you read, Reid has some pretty legendary accomplishments in calorie consumption, so this is a beyond full time job.

Never saw a happier coach gush praising his people loss after loss. He'd be coaching a small college in '22 somewhere if it wasn't for the buddy system.

Probably be better for his maturation. I mean really, he is not a coordinator nor is he a HC. That leaves being a position coach. His beat course of action would be a small college job to figure it out and humble himself.

Nagy reportedly ran sloppy, disorganized practices, so he would need to be a grab ass figure head guy like the "Row the Boat" dude at Minnesota and surround himself with competent coaches that could run practices and develop gameplans. In many ways he is the perfect coach for the Stuart Smalley mindset that permeates today, can already see, "Be you" T-Shirts on sale at some college bookstore and then on the 50% off rack at local stores.
