If it wasn't for the refs and umps the Bears and Cubs would never have lost a game yet. Crazy how that works

I miss the good old days when Brett Favre would throw an INT to cost the Pack another big game when it counted.

He came through at least one time it counted.

My favorite part of this season has been the vacillating between rooting for a draft pick and rooting for a division title between Bears fans all the way until week 10. Sadly, I think it's done now.

I like the simultaneous blaming of the refs and John Fox. The Bears just can't catch a break.

Some of those 1st half calls looked like pure bullshit. I wonder when the Refs get fired for doing a terrible job.

It's sad that people just can't admit that their team sucks and wasn't good enough. As a Sox fan, I'm used to it. As a Bear and Sox superfan, I would think Frank would be REALLY used to it.

Uh, that is not lashing out.

After the game I put the loss squarely on.the Bears. The refs did not help, as indicated above, but they didn't lose the game for the Bears either.

This team is much better than I thought they would be. If they get to 6 or 7 wins, it's a positive season. Especially if they're going to let biscuits play his position.

Agreed. Building momentum for when Rodgers returns next year.

Biggs reporting that the Bears have appealed the results of the game and Goodell is considering calling the game a tie. At least justice will be served to a small extent.

The choice to challenge shows how much faith Fox has in his offense facing a 1st and goal from the 1 yard line. Why risk losing a timeout there... just go execute and get a single yard.

I know better than anybody what it's like to root for a horrible football team. You can't let it affect your mood. If I let the Lions affect my mood, I would have killed myself long ago.

I'm just trying to help, but people don't want it. Sad. I will never give up on you Bears fans. I am here!

Well, at least you had a favorite part.

When we are both watching other teams in the playoffs, you’ll have a fond memory.

Cherish it.

This is why it's great to supplement your favorite team with a fantasy team. It's been a fun season so far despite the injuries to guys like Rodgers and Watson.

I said it was a fumble, and after an official review, the refs agreed. But, I have been proven wrong?

The refs agreeing with you doesn't mean you were right. I'm glad you are here for us in this thread, I really am. The unintentional comedy that you've been bringing all day long has been great to read. Very good entertainment. I hope you are regular in Bears threads. If your performance today is any indication of future postings, reading your thoughts is going to be a lot more entertaining than watching the game most weeks.

How stupid are you to not realize the risk/reward ratio on that challenge was awful. I am 100 percent confident they could have punched that in for a TD if they accepted the call and spot. There is no discussion of this and there is an almost 100 percent certainty of pts on the board if Fox doesn't throw the challenge.

Regardless....how the hell do you lose to Hundley? He was completely awful until something lit a fire in his ass and he made those 2 big throws late in the game.

The runningback was clearly out, and even if you think it's debatable, it shouldn't have been overturned via replay.

Experts all over social media are saying it was a bad call, and there is even photographic evidence that it was a bad call.

We can continue to pretend that's not what happened, I suppose, but that won't ever make it less true.
