Lets see. Nagy is 15-6 the last two seasons. You want to fire him. A lot of people had (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky the first qb to be drafted that year. You are wrong there also. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky had a good year last season. YOu want him gone also. Probably want Pace gone also.

Most GM's only get to last 2 quarterback picks. A GM that screws up the QB pick twice in one offseason deserves to have an extremely short leash.

Have to assess the full body of work though. I'm not sure how many players on d are Pace's draft picks but that unit is obviously a big deal. The Mack trade has also paid off. He gets a D on offense though, so perhaps C overall if he's at an A+ on defense.

I agree that HCOY is pretty useless, but I'd argue Dick Jauron earned it the year he won it. He had some really crappy rosters handed to him.....those teams were bad, yet they always played hard and made competitive games.
