He's never had to start a 16 game season before and he's playing with a worse surrounding cast. I wouldn't expect him to put up the same stats as he did in a backup role.

The Bucs offense was really bad before Winston was drafted. Glennon didn't have much talent to work with. He's a top 15 QB this year

Even if he does it also doesn't change the fact he was given more of a chance to prove himself here than any QB we ever had and he didn't.
