For some reason, your link led to Doug's 1979 special teams hijinks, which was fun to watch as well.

And the guy who hit the punter didn't destroy him. He ran into him, while his foot was fully extended, so it looked worse than it really was. I hate when home fans boo stupid shit like that. Like when a pitcher throws to first base to let the guy in the bullpen get a few more throws.

Rodgers didn't do anything special. The best QB on the field last night for GB was Glennon.

I watched very little, I just saw one sack and 4 TD in box score. I'm not even sure Fox has won a road game in his entire time here.

Veganfan is just doing a bad troll job in terms of GB/Chi this year. Rodgers was near flawless last night.

Short fields due to Glennon's four TOs. Rodgers had one long drive I think.

I'd be flawless too if my drives started at the opponents' four yard line.

Outside of that one drive you mention Rodgers was near flawless anyway. He didn't score a touchdown every time he had the ball in a blowout though so maybe you are right that he didn't do a great job.

Rodgers did fine - he capitalized on TOs. All I'm saying is that the reason the Bears lost last night wasn't Aaron Rodgers.

And it wasn't Mike Glennon. There isn't a sole reason the Bears lost. Rodgers being light years better than Glennon was the biggest reason but GB outclassed Chicago all over the field. What happened to your vaunted rushing attack?

 The Pack did what the Steelers should have. Put many men in the box and dare Glennon to throw.

the packers had a patchwork offensive line, which was supposed to be eaten alive by the bears defensive line. that says more about the bears than it does the packers. but rodgers is still one of the best out there with what he's working with. and a rookie running back taking his first snaps?

It was Glennon. Glennon ruined any chance the Bears had by handing the ball to the Packers four times. Look at the numbers. Both teams had similar yardage. The bears had more penalty yards but even that was close. We ran for 100 yards. The only difference was the turnovers. This game is on Glennon. The Packers did what they were supposed to do. But it's not like beating them is an insurmountable challenge for the Bears.

Yardage? We talkin bout yardage?

I already addressed the yardage argument. It's a bad one.

Not with a competent QB who can catch a snap. Enjoy the easy victory though that Glennon gifted you. You've got to take what you can get when you're crippled at several positions and bad at many others.

Never really felt sympathy for Bears fans before. Vegan is starting to change that. Get well soon my friend. It's just one game.

You have to feel for Bears fans. Trestman/Fox era has been unwatchable.
