This isn't baseball you dopes. You don't have to tank in the NFL to win later. Tired of this losing mentality.

Fuck winning if it means Fox stays around. They are not going to the playoffs anyways.

I never said this was baseball. I want Fox gone. They are not winning any thing this year so it is best for them to lose. Gets Fox gone and a better draft pick. Lose on!

That was still closer than today's kick ended up.

The Vasher FG return is in that same game.

I was at that game. The wind almost made it impossible to breathe at times.

No, it's not like baseball, because unlike baseball the Bears can trade their top-10 or top-6 pick to recoup the value they gave up to get (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky, and given Pace's evident eye for talent, those extra spins of the wheel will produce more playmakers to compliment Mitch as he continues to grow.

I'm tired of losing.

Mitch could really use some veteran weapons that dont suck. Looking a halfway decent squad helps attract them, and being a dumpster fire isn't going to woo Harbaugh. Even if sacrificing all that is worth it to get the draft pick I dont care. No more losing, I just cant take any more of these fucking losses every week.

Disagree. A smart coach would see that this team should have won quite a few of these games.

And, if Floyd can come back, and this team gets healthy with next year's draft, this could be a pretty damn good team. At least a "comeback" team. There's talent there.

Is there a 1st round kicker available next year that's better than Urlacher?

Actually, I think there is. I forget his name. (Not better than Urlacher - but a potential 2nd day K). I'll be back.

Yeah I don't think playoffs next year is a pipe dream like I did back in July.

It's the kid at Florida, Pineiro. He's the kid that had video of making a 77-yard FG.

I don't think he's worth a high draft pick, though. I was joking. Might be worth a 3rd day look for this team though.

I guess he made an 81-yarder in pads.

They pretty much have to make the playoffs next year. Quarterback looks ready, defense is good, no more excuses.

Finally. This guy gets it.

Tanking = learning to lose. No value.

They aren't tanking. Glennon would still be starting if they were tanking.

Would a 7-9 finish be considered a qualified success for these Bears? That's what looks most likely to me: 49ers, Browns, Bengals, steal a win from the resting Vikings.

The is a lame-duck coach 2nd half, especially with this many injuries.

At best Mitch wills them to 2 more wins. I’m guessing 1.

They'll beat the Browns and 49ers then surprise against someone else. That's their floor.

I'm not entirely sure, in many respects, if this team has the wherewithal and/or capability of winning an additional game this year.

And, please ask Donnell Woolford to report to the lunch room for the next team meal.

Barth kicked 3 in the rain and wind last week. He is an "iffy" kicker at best.

I caught the end on the radio and just saw the missed kick. Joniak didn't make it seem that bad on his call. That was a piece of shit from the get go.
