The text I got from Radio.com said that Nagy called out the team for lack of personal pride.

It must be incredibly hard to be in his shoes. You're the offensive guru but...your offense sucks. This team sucks because you suck at what you do, and your players either suck or they suck at what you want them to do. The only reason you're spiraling downward as a team is because of you and your unit. The only positive part of the team is the defense, which you have nothing to do with.

So what do you do? What do you say after each loss? How do you get guys to play for you and to listen to you? I don't feel bad because I'm sure the millions these guys make help with the emotions, but still it's got to suck to be Matt Nagy right now.

Jeff Ireland doesn't seem to have much in the resume to be considered on that list. All of the others would appear to be upgrades over Pace.

Of the names listed Omar Khan and John Dorsey are the most interesting. The Bears would likely shy away from Dorsey.
